Richard Nelson is an owner and REALTOR at RE/MAX Property Shop where Richard helps buyers and sellers of all types of property achieve a successful close on their transaction.
Richard understands that buying and selling real estate may be a stressful time. As a full-time Realtor, he will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as smooth as possible with regular communication and walking with you through the transaction process step by step.
Richard attributes his leadership, relationship, and negotiation skills to experiences in previous career as Sales Manager in transportation and agriculture industries, various leadership roles on a volunteer fire department and elected positions in local government.
Richard has long standing ties to the area and is committed to supporting community groups, such as Lions Club, County Board of Realtors, Chambers of Commerce to name a few. You may see Richard and his wife Roxane enjoying their spare time out traveling the backroads on their Harley, or tending to their gardens at home. “There are many agents to select from, you can rest assured I will do all I can for you when you place your trust and confidence in me to work for you.”
